1. Trial Lesson

We offer a free 45-minute trial lesson for all new students. Each student is entitled to one free trial lesson, no matter how many subjects they are interested in. Worksheets will be prepared and provided for the session.

2. Private Tuition Online

Each private tuition online session is 1.5 hours long, conducted one-on-one via Microsoft Teams at a rate of $90 per session. A meeting link will be shared in the group chat before each lesson, and students can join directly through their laptop browsers — no app installation required. Students and parents (if observing) should join the session using their given names. For an effective learning experience, students are expected to keep their webcam on (facing themselves) and microphone unmuted to allow for active, two-way communication with the tutor.

3. Private Tuition Onsite: 421 Tampines St 41

Each private tuition onsite session is conducted on a one-to-one basis and has a duration of 1.5 hours. Sessions are held onsite at 421 Tampines Street 41 at a rate of $90 per session. A meeting link will be shared via the group chat prior to each lesson. Parents who wish to observe may join the session using a laptop or desktop browser; no application installation is required. For identification purposes, observing parents should join the session using their given (registered) names.

4. Payment, Replacement and Cancellation Policy

Tuition fees are payable monthly in advance for all scheduled lessons. If a lesson is missed, the student should arrange a replacement session. If no replacement is possible, the corresponding amount will be credited toward the following month’s fees. Please note that repeated cancellations may result in tuition being discontinued, due to the opportunity cost and scheduling disruptions involved.

5. Tuition Fees

Tuition fees will remain fixed from the time of enrolment until the completion of the O-Levels/SEC, provided lessons continue without interruption. A monthly invoice will be issued to parents, with payment required before lessons commence. Failure to make timely payment may result in the termination of tuition services.

6. Tuition Materials

All tuition materials are carefully prepared and provided to students, with no additional charges. As all materials are original and developed in-house, APEX Tuition Studio strictly prohibits any reproduction, duplication, or distribution of the content in both digital and physical forms.
