1. Trial Lesson

Trial lesson is available at the prevailing rate of $85 per session and must be paid in full prior to the lesson. Each student is entitled to one trial lesson only, regardless of the number of subjects. PDF worksheets will be prepared and provided for the session.  

2. Private Tuition Online

Each private tuition session is 90 minutes long at $85 and conducted one-on-one via Microsoft Teams. A meeting link will be shared in the group chat before each lesson, and students can join directly through their laptop browsers without installing any app. Students and parents (if observing) should enter using their given names. For an effective learning experience, students are required to keep their webcam on (facing themselves) and microphone unmuted to enable active, two-way communication with the tutor.  

3. Payment, Replacement and Cancellation Policy

Tuition fees are payable monthly in advance for all scheduled lessons. If a lesson is missed, the student should arrange a replacement session. If no replacement is possible, the corresponding amount will be credited toward the following month’s fees. Please note that repeated cancellations may result in tuition being discontinued, due to the opportunity cost and scheduling disruptions involved.  

4. Tuition Fees

Tuition fees will remain fixed from the time of enrolment until the completion of the O-Levels/SEC, provided lessons continue without interruption. A monthly invoice will be issued to parents, with payment required before lessons commence. Failure to make timely payment may result in the termination of tuition services.  

5. Tuition Materials

All tuition materials are carefully compiled, professionally printed, and bound into a dedicated book provided exclusively to enrolled students. This book will be couriered to your mailing address at no extra cost. Each student receives one complimentary copy; however, replacement copies due to loss or misplacement will incur a fee of $42.50. As all materials are original and developed in-house, APEX Tuition Studio strictly prohibits any reproduction, duplication, or photocopying in both digital and physical formats.  

6. Schoolwork Support

All tuition students have access to schoolwork support between 12:00 pm and 9:00 pm daily. Students are welcome to send any questions—whether from school or tuition—to the designated WhatsApp group chat. All queries will be answered with explanations, typically within the same day.
